Christian Cosper is the son of Chip and Angie Cosper and a graduate of Wolfson high school where he played baseball and football. He is currently at Florida State University and is obtaining a business degree. Christian has developed a passion for golf over the past couple years so we had celebrity golfer Grant Horvat give him a shout out on being selected as a 2023 Grit University intern!

We've interviewed dozens of candidates for this position this summer, and there were many reasons we were excited to work with Christian this summer. My family has known Christian for many years, and we had interviewed him last year and wanted to hire him, but he had a back injury he was overcoming, so we are thrilled he is able to join us this summer. He is very ambitious, sports-minded, hard working, and has excellent character. From being an Eagle Scout, leading his high school football team as quarterback, and the hundreds of hours he has worked with young people through Southside United Methodist Church, he is an excellent candidate to help us run Grit Camp this summer and further develop his business skills through Grit University. This summer Christian will be working in our 10 week program and living in our headquarters with Colby and Kevin during that period. His day will start with a cold shower at 5:50 followed by an intense morning working. After a healthy breakfast, he will be immersed in helping run and oversee our summer sports camp (Grit Camp) and leading over a dozen counselors and over 50 campers each week. After camp and clean shower, he and the other interns will develop their sales, marketing, and communication skills by selling corporate sponsorships to local businesses. He will in assist in some episodes of our monthly podcast (Grit.org/podcast), develop his speaking and video skills through our YouTube channel, and he will have a nightly routine of reading motivational books, journaling, and meditating. He will be off on the weekends and the week of the 4th of July and will earn a weekly salary and profit sharing. We are super excited to have him part of our Grit family this summer, and we are honored to be ushering him along this journey to Build More Grit.
