Another amazing week of Grit Camp with 48 campers and 19 counselors. We also survived a hurricane that barreled through Jacksonville mid week! We still had plenty of outdoor activities this week, and we also had a gaming truck that we used on Thursday during the inclement weather. We had two guest speakers this week including 4 time state champion cross country coach Michelle Krueger as well as a high school rower Kamryn Monster who is currently in Jacksonville training with an Olympic prep team.
We want to recognize our corporate sponsor Cady Realty for sponsoring 2 kids for camp this week. We had two other individual sponsors that also sponsored an additional 2 kids for camp as well.
