Lacrosse Showcase - How to Improve as a Player

Nine lacrosse players from two of the best lacrosse programs in the state of Florida show drills to practice and moves to learn in order to improve as a lacrosse player. We also see them scrimmage, have a shooting showcase, and watch them teach lacrosse to a group of campers at Grit Camp. Additionally, we interview them and hear what they’ve learned from lacrosse, qualities of their best coaches, and also on how to be and look cool while playing. Enjoy!
